Jenifer is a mother of three, a model, fitness influencer, certified yoga instructor, studio director, and a wellness advocate.

She is the first Inside Flow teacher in the Philippines and is actively involved in the growing yoga community in the Philippines.

Jenifer has participated in a diverse range of yoga trainings in Manila, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Bali, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, and various online platforms.

She led the organization of the first-ever Yoga Festival in Cebu, attracting a significant number of yoga enthusiasts in the city. Her passion for yoga has led her to conduct classes both in the Philippines and internationally.

Jenifer is the founder of several businesses in Cebu, including Yogahub, The LocalHub, YogiFlow and YogiCrunch. She excels as a brand builder and proudly represents numerous local and international brands such as Oro China, Fujifilm, and Nike just to name a few. She was recognized as Town & Country’s ‘Most Talked About Women in Cebu’

Back in 2015 was when Princess first took the step of courage to start teaching. Something she never expected to happen, but has never looked back since. Whether you are beginning with basics , HIIT-ing the beat or opening your heart in Inside Flow, her voice will always encourage , motivate & make you feel held.

She discovered Inside Flow 5 years ago attending a class in Bali with Founder Young Ho Kim and has since trained to become the first Inside Flow Junior Teacher in Singapore. Music has power to speak straight to the heart – to heal, to nourish and empower you. This is what drives her to share the magic of Inside Flow.

Yoga is not all about fancy poses or a practice that is just on the mat. It’s a way of life and the lesson continues off the mat.

Join us for the FLAMINGOS POOL PARTY FIESTA & Inside Flow Masterclass event at SOFITEL SENTOSA! Experience DUO back-to-back Junior Teachers, Princess and Yogi Jen! As a highlight, a certificate (TRC) will be given. Limited spots are available.
