Charis<\/strong>, Founder, The Paradoxical Life, has clinical experience of over 25 years working with children and youth with behavioural problems, pre-marital and married couples and individuals with personal developmental issues. In the last 10 years, she began to move into Trauma-informed work using Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT). She has flew into Germany to learn directly under the founder Prof Dr Franz Ruppert and attended courses conducted by Vivian Broughton, his UK counterpart. Her passion is to educate people about trauma and build self-healing communities. A 3-Hour Journey of Inside Flow Yoga, Inner Exploration & Resonance<\/p>

Join us for a special gathering to reconnect with yourself and explore the stories that live quietly beneath the surface.<\/p>

In this intimate 3-hour experience, we\u2019ll move through a soulful Inside Flow yoga sequence as a way of tuning into the body and gently accessing what lies beneath. We will follow with a powerful process using IOPT (Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Theory), a framework that supports individuals in exploring unconscious patterns and emotional imprints through embodied self-reflection and group resonance.<\/p>

We\u2019ll close the evening with a deeply grounding sound bath to help you integrate the experience and return to stillness.<\/p>

This session isn\u2019t about fixing or diagnosing anything \u2014 it\u2019s a space to feel, to be witnessed, and to begin to make sense of the deeper truths we carry.<\/p>

This special session marks a heartfelt milestone \u2014 one of the last few hosted at Lotte\u2019s rooftop studio before she begins a new chapter in Cebu. Yoga on the Roof has always been more than just a studio \u2014 it\u2019s a space of connection, stories, and transformation.<\/p>
